While our technology is proven we understand that the fit may not always be perfect, and we want our customers to feel comfortable and sleep well. Therefore, if a garment doesn't fit, we will accept a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and include a filled out return authorization form found on this page. Our customer service team will then authorize your return and provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been washed, worn, or damaged. We also do not accept returns on gift cards. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective item or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange or a refund. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us.

  • Once confirmed you can send your item(s) back to 1 of the 2 warehouses noted on the return form.
  • Please give the warehouse 7-10 business days from receipt and confirm their ability to return to inventory or confirm the requested item can be sent back out

Our return and exchange policy is applicable solely to unused and unwashed sleepwear products. It is mandatory that the items be returned in the same condition they were shipped, without any signs of wear or damage, free of any fragrances, and with the original tags attached.


All standard orders will be shipped four to five business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
